Although
developing
countries
are
understandably
reluctant
to
compromise
their
chances
of
achieving
better
standards
of
living
for
the
poor
,
action
on
climate
change
need
not
threaten
economic
development
.
Incentives
must
be
offered
to
encourage
developing
countries
to
go
the
extra
green
mile
and
implement
clean
technologies
,
and
could
also
help
minimise
emissions
from
deforestation
.
Some
of
the
most
vulnerable
countries
of
the
world
have
contributed
the
least
to
climate
change
,
but
are
bearing
the
brunt
of
it
.
T1+2
The
article
talks
about
the
climate
change
and
it
tells
us
that
most
of
the
countries
who
are
mostly
affected
by
climate
change
are
not
putting
enough
efforts
to
deal
with
it
,
since
climate
chance
doesnt
affect
the
developing
countries
in
economic
development
,
these
countries
tends
to
give
less
focus
on
climate
change
.
So
incentives
should
be
offered
to
encourage
developing
countries
to
take
enough
efforts
to
deal
with
climate
change
.
S4+5
Developing
countries
,
in
particular
,
need
to
adapt
to
the
effects
of
climate
change
.
Adaptation
and
mitigation
efforts
must
therefore
go
hand
in
hand
.
T3
Also
,
there
should
a
balance
between
adapting
and
reducing
the
effect
of
climate
change
.
