ان علم الاجتماع قد تم في بواسطة العالم أوغست كونت في سنة 1798 المولود في سنة 1798 و المتوفى في سنة 1857 و ذلك في سنة الف 1838 من المصطلح اللاتيني المتعارف عليه سوسيوس و المقصود به هو المصاحب او المشارك وكذلك المصطلح الاغريقي لوجيا ومعنى ذلك هو دراسة شيء ما او الكلام .
